Job Description
• Developing sales, marketing strategies and programs in Mexico for the industrial business segment.
• Actively looking for opportunities to generate extraordinary growth by measures like winning major accounts, M&A, brand labeling, high-potential partnerships.
Ensuring that business targets for Mexico are met or exceeded.
• Being responsible for the overall management of the Bender business in Mexico (customers, budget, company's assets and all other company resources to make best use of them and increase profitability)
• Representing Bender in the relevant committees for norms an standards.
• Promoting a culture reflecting the organization's values.
• Further strengthening our brand in Mexico and our market presence by appropriate activities (speeches, presence on trade-shows, publications etc.)
• Identifying and developing customer product and application requirements.
Maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Managing key accounts.
• Making sure that our business is being conducted in full accordance with the compliance guidelines.
Requirements
• University degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum five years' experience in sales.
• Deep knowledge about LV electrical market, specialized in control, automation and safety aspects.
• Proactive attitude.
• High communication skills.
• Team player.
• English Required (spoken and written). German is preferred.
• US Travel Visa required.
• Driving license required.
